Her work reflects a commitment to continuous learning, community, and building innovative teams that help organizations transform with purpose.

A curious, hands-on problem-solver, Fabian brings deep technical knowledge and a practical, product-oriented mindset to technology strategy, innovation, and AI adoption. Through collaborative leadership, he helps turn complex challenges into reliable, valuable software solutions. From GXtest to Apptim and today’s AI-driven initiatives, his work has helped shape Abstracta’s product development, technology practices, and approach to building quality-driven solutions.

Federico has dedicated his career to software quality, grounded in Computer Engineering, a Ph.D. in Computer Science, and a lifelong commitment to testing education. A quality advocate, he promotes critical thinking in quality engineering to help teams navigate AI transformation with control and scale sustainably. He is the author of Introduction to Information Systems Testing, the first testing book published in Spanish, which he later made available in English to expand access to quality knowledge.

Roger is a software engineer with 20+ years of experience building high-quality systems. As CTO at Abstracta, he leads AI-driven initiatives that turn research and practice into value for clients and the community. He focuses on scalable architectures, engineering productivity, and open source as a member of the Apache Software Foundation. He's been a speaker at SeleniumConf, QSConf, ApacheCon, DevOps East, and global webinars.

Lucia is a systems engineer turned CGO, combining technical expertise, client strategy, and a clear view of how quality impacts business outcomes across complex, high-stakes environments. She works with companies worldwide, helping teams strengthen quality engineering practices and delivery confidence. Drawing on her systems perspective, she connects delivery excellence with reliability, scalability, and long-term client growth.

Alejandra discovered her love for software quality more than 20 years ago. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from UTEC and a Tech MBA. She has taught testing, actively contributes to the QA community, and brings an agile mindset and operational excellence to her work. Alejandra joined Abstracta in 2020 as Customer Success Manager and became Chief Operations Officer in 2023.

Vera is a clinical psychologist and educator specialized in organizational culture, the human factor in digital transformation, and thoughtful AI adoption. She works at the intersection of culture, learning, and digital transformation, supporting teams and public and private organizations through change. She also leads AI enablement at Abstracta, helping teams and clients adopt new tools with clarity, and a people-centered approach.

Ana Belén is a certified public accountant in Uruguay with strong experience in software companies and the digital economy. She works closely with teams across Abstracta to support the organization’s financial sustainability, bringing clarity, structure, and long-term perspective to decision-making. Attentive to detail and creative by nature, she contributes to building a solid financial foundation for sustainable growth.

Natalie has 18+ years of experience in communication, with a background in journalism and audiovisual communication. Drawn to projects with social impact, she brings an editorial lens to brand voice, content strategy, UX writing, SEO, and AI visibility. Her work helps turn complex ideas into clear, meaningful content experiences, balancing content quality with strategic goals to support Abstracta’s voice, positioning, and growth.

Rodrigo brings a strategic business perspective to growth and AI adoption, backed by 16 years of experience in business operations, client relationships, and digital solutions. He connects client needs, operational context, and technology capabilities to shape practical solutions with business value. With a customer-first mindset, he helps organizations move from exploration to execution with clarity, focus, and measurable impact.

Matías has a software engineering background and deep experience in quality, performance, and test automation. Since joining Abstracta in 2017, he has grown from hands-on quality engineering into leadership roles across delivery, operations, and quality strategy. With technical depth, teaching experience, and a pragmatic view of software delivery, he helps teams make testing more useful, visible, and aligned with real project risks.

Guillermo combines a strong computer science background with deep experience in AI, software development, automation, and machine learning. His path includes teaching, applied forecasting models, and hands-on engineering, connecting technical depth with real product and business needs. At Abstracta, he helps shape AI-powered solutions and engineering practices with attention to architecture, LLMOps, testing, and production realities.

Florencia connects technology education and social impact, with a background in communications. Through Abstracta Academy and ReconverTIte, she has helped create learning experiences that bring testing closer to teams, the community, and people exploring new paths into tech.
