Este rol es parte fundamental del crecimiento de Abstracta al identificar, desarrollar y gestionar oportunidades comerciales en el ámbito del software testing, QA, automatización y mejora continua del ciclo de vida del software impulsado por IA. Buscamos continuar trabajando para posicionar a nuestra empresa como un aliado estratégico de calidad para quienes confían en nosotros.
Requirements
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ventas consultivas, desarrollo de negocios o partnerships, preferentemente en sectores como software, tecnología, banca, fintech o servicios financieros.
- Conocimiento sólido de conceptos relacionados con software testing, IA, QA, automatización, performance, CI/CD y transformación digital.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para transmitir ideas de manera clara y persuasiva.
- Habilidad para negociar y construir relaciones de largo plazo basadas en confianza y valor mutuo.
- Experiencia en establecer conversaciones estratégicas con CTOs, CIOs y gerentes de innovación, traduciendo métricas técnicas en valor de negocio y ROI.
- Manejo de herramientas CRM como HubSpot, Odoo u otras similares.
- Capacidad demostrada para simplificar conceptos tecnológicos complejos y convertirlos en narrativas de negocio impactantes.
